The Senior Customer Support Administrator (Information Governance) role is based within North Ayrshire Council's Corporate Information Governance Team. Reporting to the Information Management Officer/SAR Manager, the postholder will support all Information Governance functions, focusing on handling Subject Access Requests. Responsibilities include coordinating information requests according to legislation, supporting staff, and managing requests from creation to disclosure. For details, see the attached Role Profile.
