Talent & Brand Partnerships Manager Location: London / Hybrid (3 days in office) Salary: £35K - £38K Our client is leading scripted talent agency, representing some of the most exciting actors, writers, and creators in film, television, and theatre. As they expand their digital and social-first offering, they’re looking for a dynamic Talent & Brand Partnerships Manager to drive commercial opportunities across entertainment, lifestyle, and digital media. The Talent & Brand Partnerships Manager will sit at the intersection of talent representation, brand strategy, and digital growth. You’ll manage and grow relationships with brands, agencies, and platforms to secure partnership, endorsement, and content opportunities for their roster of talent. RESPONSIBILITIES Proactively identify and pitch brand partnership opportunities for talent Build and maintain relationships with brands, media agencies, PR agencies, and production companies Negotiate and manage commercial deals, campaigns, and collaborations, ensuring alignment with clients’ creative goals Negotiate and manage commercial deals, campaigns, and collaborations, ensuring alignment with clients’ creative goals Support the agency’s digital growth strategy, identifying and signing emerging talent from social and content-led spaces Collaborate with agents to develop integrated career plans for clients that include digital, brand, and entertainment opportunities MAIN REQUIREMENTS 2.5 years’ experience in digital brand partnerships & talent management A proven track record of securing and managing brand collaborations Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills SUMO are an equal opportunities employer.
