As a Key Account Manager, you will:
* Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with key accounts
* Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
* Analyse account performance and strategize for improvement
* Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders
* Report on account health and forecast future sales potential
* Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience)
* Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role
* Strong understanding of the Manufacturing & Production industry
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
* Full UK driving licence required
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience)
* Experience in a leadership or mentoring role
* Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
* Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
* Understanding of market trends and competitive landscape
