As a Senior Manager in our Insurance practice, you will:
# Lead the development of insurance solutions and offerings, and lead client discussions.
# Build relationships with senior insurance stakeholders, leveraging your industry expertise.
# Mentor and grow talent within our Insurance practice.
Shaping and delivering Business & Technology transformations in General Insurance, London Markets, or Life & Pensions.
Exceptional communication and consulting skills, with drive and energy.
Deep expertise in applying digital solutions to insurance challenges, including AI, cloud, and insurance platforms.
Market experience across areas such as London Markets, Underwriting, Claims, Broking, and more.
Having a passion for insurance and contributing to the UK insurance industry's growth.
Building credibility with senior client stakeholders.
Having a proven track record in insurance or consulting for complex change.
Understanding the Insurance Technology landscape, including platforms like Guidewire.
