We have an exciting new position available for an independent, self-starter who can deliver marketing and brand campaigns while delivering customer and sales leads. Also, management of digital marketing channels and e-commerce platforms to drive digital sales. This is a thrilling opportunity for an ambitious candidate to join BF Mulholland and steer its new marketing strategy. Location – Northern Ireland or Remote within the UK, with occasional travel to Northern Ireland. Duties and Responsibilities: E-commerce/Sales : Responsible for the maintenance and development of the BF Mulholland websites and third-party platforms. Deliver revenue and customer growth targets across the BF Mulholland websites and third-party platforms. Developing and identifying growth strategies online and offline. Create business and website analytics to, track and monitor performance and KPIs and make customer-driven decisions and priorities. Develop and deliver integrated, omnichannel marketing campaigns and customer experiences that drive marketing and customer KPIs, including brand awareness, consideration, customer leads, customer satisfaction and sales. Support in delivering improved customer experiences and conversion-driving activities across the websites and third-party platforms. Own the A/B testing plan to inform a customer-driven approach, documenting and sharing learnings across the business. Monitor e-commerce trends and competitor experiences, identifying opportunities for the BF Mulholland business. Digital/Graphic Design : Partner with technology to ensure content meets UX, SEM and SEO best practices. Supports communication and engagement across the business, to ensure stakeholders understand digital experience improvements and that their feedback is captured and addressed. Prioritise digital development roadmap based on value and feasibility. Create graphic designs and generate content to support all departments. Support the business with branding strategies and manage campaigns by generating leaflets, brochures, and banners. Social Media/Events : Manage and expand the current BF Mulholland social media platforms to create customer engagement. Support with organising and the smooth running of internal and external events. Creating stands at events whilst ensuring the BF Mulholland brand is advertised appropriately to capture the targeted audience. Oversee marketing opportunities for all Dental, Aesthetics and Engineering departments. Support with training courses and advertising. Skills Required : A self-starter and independent, while excelling at cross-functional collaboration, influence, and alignment. Strong analytical skills: able to analyse data, monitor KPIs and measure ROI to inform actions and influence decisions with compelling storytelling. Strong understanding of Google Analytics. A strong combination of commercial understanding and customer focus. Strong oral and written communication/presentation skills for communicating, and building relationships, with extensive internal and external stakeholders. Excellent organisation, time management and prioritising skills. Ability to work well under pressure and deal well with ambiguity and change. Creative ability to provide input to the development of marketing ideas, strategies, brochures, etc. To understand the principles of marketing and the basic rules, you must employ to create successful campaigns. Strong Project Management skills. Experience Required: 3 years of marketing experience as a marketing manager or above, working across both digital and e-commerce. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or a related field is preferred. Experience working within a B2B organisation. General marketing experience, knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications at an intermediate level, CRM, and marketing automation tools. Good understanding of UX best practices.
