From scaling consumer brands through paid social to launching major campaigns for household names, we’re growing and we’re looking for a Paid Social Media Manager to join our team.
The role
We’re looking for an ambitious and creative Paid Social Media Manager with at least 2 years’ experience running high-performing paid social campaigns for consumer brands.
You’ll be responsible for planning, launching, optimising and reporting on paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok, helping our clients achieve strong ROI while staying ahead of platform changes, content trends and digital innovation.
This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoys working across multiple brands and can combine analytical thinking with creative ideas.
While the primary focus of the role is paid social, experience with Google Ads/PPC would be a bonus.
Key responsibilities
* Plan, build and manage paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok for our diverse range of clients
* Develop audience targeting strategies to improve performance and maximise ROI
* Monitor campaign performance and make data-led optimisation decisions
* Manage campaign budgets across multiple client accounts
* Produce clear performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
* Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with internal creative teams on high-performing assets
* Stay ahead of paid social platform updates, algorithm changes and emerging trends
* Help clients with campaign strategy across full-funnel paid social activity, supporting our Digital Director
* Identify new opportunities across channels including TikTok, paid social innovation and emerging platforms
* Work closely with account managers, creatives and wider marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns
* Support wider digital media activity including Google Ads/PPC campaigns where required
What we’re looking for
* Minimum 2 years’ experience managing paid social media campaigns
* Strong experience running Meta Ads campaigns
* Experience with TikTok advertising and short-form social content strategy
* Experience working with consumer brands
* Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting campaign data
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* A proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Experience managing Google Ads / PPC campaigns
* Previous experience working in a digital marketing, social media or integrated agency environment
* Experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio or other reporting tools
* Creative mindset with an eye for what makes great-performing content
* Experience using Canva & CapCut
