You will be shaping the strategy, defining the roadmap and delivering measurable outcomes for UK Local Authorities. Key Responsibilities * Translate Revenues & Benefits legislation into product rules and configurations * Provide subject matter expertise across Council Tax, NDR/Business Rates, and Housing Benefit * Work with customers and internal teams to design and improve automation solutions * Use market, policy, and technology insight to inform product direction * Support product vision, objectives, and roadmap development * Lead council discovery sessions to identify issues such as manual processing, backlog, and rework * Convert policy requirements into clear acceptance criteria for delivery
