CCS are seeking a dedicated and adaptable KS2/KS3 Teacher to join a specialist SEN school supporting students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and additional learning needs.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons across KS2 and KS3
* Teach across a range of subjects depending on experience and school need
* Differentiate learning to meet the needs of students with autism, SEMH, and complex learning needs
* Create a calm, structured and supportive classroom environment
* Use effective behaviour management strategies to support engagement and progress
* Track, assess and report on student progress in line with EHCP targets and individual learning plans
* Work closely with support staff, SENCO, and wider school teams to deliver tailored provision
* Contribute to EHCP reviews, planning meetings, and wider school initiatives
* Promote safeguarding, inclusion, and positive wellbeing at all times
Person Specification
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential
* Experience teaching at KS2/KS3
* Experience working within SEN, autism, or complex needs settings (desirable but not essential)
* Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills
* Patient, flexible, and committed to inclusive education

* Monday to Friday
* 8:00am – 4:00pm
