Service Care Legal are working with a well-regarded law firm based in Kent who are looking to recruit a full-time Residential Property Lawyer to join their expanding property department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 1 year PQE in property law who is confident managing their own caseload and eager to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership and land matters.
* Liaising regularly with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties.
* Providing clear, practical advice to clients, simplifying complex issues where necessary.
* Handling all aspects of financial management, including quotations, billing, and collection of client monies.
Candidate Profile:
* Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with 1+ years PQE in residential property.
* Demonstrated experience of running your own caseload from instruction through to completion.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.
