 
        Description Support Analyst | 9004 | Fixed Term Contract until 30 September 2026 | 37 hours per week | £31,537 to £33,699 per annum (Scale G) | County Hall, Norwich We are seeking a positive, analytical and customer-focused individual to join our Social Care and Education Systems Helpdesk team, supporting our users with system queries and issue resolution. For this Analyst role, you will need to have provided support to system users and/or worked in a helpdesk type role previously and be able to demonstrate your knowledge and experience of this type of working environment. We’re looking for people who are curious, driven and detail orientated. You will have a commitment to delivering high quality services for the people of Norfolk, and a willingness to learn about new areas of business. You will be a team player with the ability to work collaboratively with others, and with a flexible and adaptable approach to your daily work. You will have strong interpersonal skills and be comfortable in a demanding environment working to tight deadlines, whilst managing and solving a wide range of risks and issues. You will be comfortable working within a project team and managing your workload between project and BAU system support.
