Ref- PER551320 Job Description Job Purpose and work duties Job purpose: To assist me, a 67 y/o lady, with the day-to-day activities enabling myself, as the employer, to maintain an independent and fulfilling life that meets my chosen lifestyle. Hours and rate of pay * 8 hours per week at £13.00 per hour * Hours can be flexible and decided week to week, to suit you. (Midday or later start time please) Work Duties may include: Supporting with: * Hygienic clean, changing bedding and some laundry * Preparing food and assisting with nutrition (Remote batch cooking is an option) * Social support inc clothes shopping, visiting friends, going for food or visiting the bank * Attending medical/other appointments * Supporting with household paperwork/administration * Providing social interaction Undertaking activities for employer * Ensuring employers home is hygienic and safe Other requirements/details * Working in a safe way and highlighting health and safety concerns * Assisting with management of employer's health risks * Establish and maintain effective communication * Maintaining confidentiality * Driver with access to a motor vehicle (Mileage paid) * I have mobility issues * I am a smoker and I will not smoke in the living room before you arrive Location Within the employer's home in Brentry (BS10) and whilst out attending visits/appointments to other areas of Bristol Requirements and other information * 5.6 weeks of annual leave (pro-rata) * Monthly PAYE and Payroll.
