As a fast growing player in CNC manufacturing, we pride ourselves on delivering precision-engineered solutions across industries. Now, we’re seeking a dynamic individual who can expand our customer base, strengthen existing relationships, and build our market presence – both online and on the ground.
&##Sales & Lead Generation : Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in manufacturing, engineering, and related sectors.
Client Relationship Management : Build trust with new and existing clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Represent the company at relevant industry shows, exhibitions, and networking events in the UK and beyond.
Marketing & Content : Oversee and contribute to the company’s marketing activities – including managing LinkedIn, website, and content updates to maintain a professional, engaging online presence.
Outreach Campaigns : Run and refine outbound email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach campaigns to keep our pipeline full.
Monitor trends in CNC manufacturing and customer needs to inform strategy and product development.
✅ Proven B2B sales experience (manufacturing, engineering, or technical sales preferred).
Strong communicator with excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
Confident presenting in-person and online, with experience attending or exhibiting at trade shows.
Comfortable with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn), CRM systems, and content tools.
Work directly with company leadership and help shape our growth.
