Human Resources Solutions Centre Advisor - Maximum Term - Perth Office
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Human Resources Solutions Centre Advisor to join our team on a 6-month maximum term contract. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for employees and leaders seeking HR advice and support. You’ll provide timely guidance on a range of HR matters, maintain key HR systems such as ServiceNow and Ellipse, and deliver high-quality administrative and operational support to the HR Business Partnering team.
Your Role in Action
1. Accurate interpretation and advice on Western Power policies, procedures, relevant enterprise agreements and legislation
2. Coordinate related administrative and advisory services consistent with HR best practice, relevant policies and procedures, awards, and corporate governance frameworks
3. Build effective relationships with key, internal and external stakeholders
4. Provide administrative support with processing Direct Appointments
5. Assist HRBP’s to drive actions which lead to increased leadership effectiveness
6. Review and advise of any inconsistencies in business documentation that may result in risk
7. Coordinate and coach formal leaders in the use of relevant HR Solutions Centre systems
8. Provide administrative project support to the HR function as required
9. Identify and recommend process improvement to HRSC processes to ensure efficiencies across the team, function, and wider business
10. Accurately maintain HR related information within Ellipse and ServiceNow to ensure core information supports the business requirements and reporting needs
About you
11. Previous experience in a busy HR team, providing generalist advice, support, and administrative services
12. Demonstrated success in building and maintaining good working relationships at all levels of an organisation
13. Solid communication, writing and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail
14. Strong customer service focus and willingness to learn the business
15. Experience in utilising HR systems and Microsoft office suite
16. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to set work priorities and meet deadlines
