Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance. This is a hybrid position and you will be expected to travel on average 2 days per week to client site or CGI Offices.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
We are looking for talented human-centred consultants to work with us across a range of exciting, meaningful projects.
You might be a Service Designer, User Researcher, Product Designer, or a consultant who brings a strong human-centred mindset and enjoys working where strategy meets delivery.
Our work spans digital services, products and organisational change. Helping clients design solutions that genuinely meet user needs while delivering real business value. We partner with multidisciplinary teams to tackle complex challenges, working across discovery, design and delivery in both public and private sector environments.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
You will bring a strong human-centred mindset, with experience applying design or research methods to complex problems. You should be comfortable working in multidisciplinary environments, communicating clearly with stakeholders, and balancing curiosity with pragmatism to deliver value.
Essential qualifications:
- Experience in service design, user research, product design or human-centred consulting
- Strong collaboration, communication and facilitation skills
- Proven ability to work across discovery, design and delivery phases
- A passion for inclusive, evidence-led design and continuous learning
