The group tax function plays a central role in driving enterprise growth and supporting strategic decision-making, while maintaining rigorous compliance standards across all tax matters. In addition to overseeing a wide range of compliance activities – including returns filing (tax, VAT, plastic packaging), R&D claims, transfer pricing documentation, Pillar 2 compliance, HMRC audits and requests, IR35 contractor sign-off – the department delivers proactive tax advisory support for payroll, technology, and customs teams.
