Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced Handy Person to join our Homes Division for our Extra Care Housing Schemes in the Kirklees area. To provide high-quality responsive maintenance services, ensuring homes are safe, secure, and well-maintained for tenants across a portfolio of 465 one- and two-bedroom residential properties.This will be a full-time permanent role working 37.5 hour per week Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm. Flexibility is important as you will be working amongst our 29 sites, performing routine maintenance, managing repairs, ensuring security protocols are followed, and keeping the premises clean and orderly.You will need to be proactive, detail-oriented, and have excellent problem-solving skills.
