Solihull (three days in office)
At least five years experience in a multi-channel marketing role, with hands-on exposure to social media campaign management
Experience within an entertainment, consumer or lifestyle brand is preferable
Demonstrable experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies spanning social, digital, and offline channels
Previous experience leading teams and managing marketing agencies is required
Ability to deliver high-profile branding, social-led campaigns, and partnership activations with major organisations
Strong understanding of social content performance, analytics, and how to adapt messaging for different audiences and platforms
Proven ability to manage marketing budgets successfully, ensuring ROI and efficiency
Comfortable collaborating closely with major commercial partners (household names) to create and deliver joint digital and social campaigns
