Minimum Requirements:
* An RICS-accredited surveying degree (graduate or postgraduate) including valuation and/or building surveying modules, with at least one year of property-related work experience.
* An RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree with two or more years of property-related work experience (e.g., estate agency or surveying/valuation disciplines).
* At least 4 years of property-related work experience (e.g., negotiator level or higher in estate agency, or similar roles involving property caseloads and decision-making).
