Key responsibilities include:
* Troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues
* Leading 3rd‑line support escalations and guiding engineers through technical challenges
* Managing patching, upgrades, and deployments with minimal customer disruption
* Creating clear documentation and contributing to continuous service improvement
What We’re Looking For
* 3 years’ experience in network engineering
* Strong hands‑on knowledge of Meraki, Cisco, and Fortinet technologies
* Solid understanding of core protocols
* It would be advantageous for any applicant to have professional certifications
