Mental Health Support Worker (SEMH Setting) Location: Longbenton Age Range: 11–18 years Setting: Secondary School – SEMH Provision Contract: [Full-time / Part-time] About the Role: Leader Education are seeking a compassionate and motivated Mental Health Support Worker to join our secondary school SEMH provision in Longbenton. This role is focused on supporting young people aged 11–18 who are struggling to cope within mainstream education, helping them to rebuild confidence, manage their mental health, and successfully reintegrate back into mainstream school where appropriate. You will work closely with students who experience social, emotional, and mental health needs, providing consistent, nurturing support in a safe and structured environment.
