We are a friendly and professional private dental practice in Hornsey (N8, North London) seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Qualified Dental Nurse / Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team.

Main ResponsibilitiesClinical / Dental Nursing Duties
* Provide high-quality chairside assistance to dentists, hygienists, and therapists.
* Prepare surgeries for each procedure and ensure instruments and materials are ready and maintained in excellent condition.
* Work within the decontamination room to clean, sterilise, and package instruments according to practice policy.
* Follow strict infection prevention and control protocols at all times.
* Assist in taking, processing, and filing radiographs (as per your level of training).
* Support with CBCT and intraoral scanning (experience desirable).
* Ensure surgeries and equipment are well-maintained and fully stocked.
Treatment Coordinator & Reception Duties
* Support patients through their treatment journey by clearly explaining treatment plans, options, and costs.
* Coordinate appointments efficiently, liaising with clinicians and patients to ensure a seamless experience.
* Manage patient records accurately using the dental computer system.
* Handle front-desk and reception duties, including greeting patients, booking appointments, taking payments, and managing correspondence.
* Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
* Contribute to a positive, professional, and welcoming atmosphere within the practice.
Requirements
* Qualified Dental Nurse with current GDC registration (essential).
* Minimum 2 years of dental nursing experience (private practice preferred).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Experience in supporting or coordinating specialist treatments (Implants, Orthodontics, Periodontics, Endodontics) preferred.
* Proficiency in dental software (training provided if needed).
* Local to North London / Hornsey area (advantageous).
Working Hours
* Full-time, 5 days per week (days and hours to be discussed).
* Flexibility considered for the right candidate.
