Farrow and Ball – UK Field Sales Manager – (40 hours per week) We are currently looking for a highly motivated and driven sales leader to continue our growth in the UK’s independent retail sector. This role is fuly remote however requires regular travel in the field as part of the role. Farrow & Ball are a luxury British lifestyle brand that prides itself in creating richly pigmented paint and handcrafted wallpaper, using print methods dating back 300 years and the finest quality ingredients. The unique Farrow & Ball look transforms modern and traditional homes, large and small, inside and out. Established in Dorset in 1946, we have grown over the last 75 years and now proudly have 60 showrooms worldwide with a global network of stockists. What we expect from you as a UK Field Sales Manager. Key Responsibilities: • Lead a dedicated and energised sales team through clear direction and focussed objectives. • Develop the team through regular 1 to 1’s, coaching and the appraisal process, identifying any learning gaps. • Define and deliver the long-term UK retailer strategy to drive incremental profitable sales growth. • Lead T2T relationships and negotiations with key UK customers. • Work cross functionally with department heads and key stakeholders to deliver channel objectives. • Work closely with Marketing to deliver all campaigns across the channel. • Ensure the sales network represents the F&B brand appropriately. • Deliver accurate budgeting and sales forecasting. • Achieve annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets.
