Customer Service Administrator, Permanent, £26,000, Newcastle under Lyme Forrest Recruitment Ltd are currently supporting a local organisation who provide their services across a number of sectors who are seeking a Customer Service Administrator. Based in the heart of Newcastle under Lyme, the successful candidate will join their outgoing and friendly team and report directly into the Team Leader. Duties will include: Acting as first point of contact regarding any enquiries; phone, email and online Maintain and monitor their internal CRM systems Managing incoming customer complaints Order resources for the office when required Liaise with other department and collate information Supporting the wider team when needed The ideal candidate will have previous customer service skills, be able to prioritise their workload, have excellent communication skills and be computer literate.
