Description: Zero hour contract. On average this would be between 3 - 7 hours a week, supporting and attending fixtures. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, organization, delivery, and review of sessions and games within our Bath College / Bath City football program. Bath College is an inclusive education and training community, providing learning for people with a wide range of abilities from entry level to Level 5 programmes. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high quality coaching to our under 18’s age-group in accordance with the academy principles and games model, reporting to the Academy Head Coach.
* Ensure the welfare and safety of all academy players.
* Assist the Lead Coaches with the player IDP meetings, and performance reviews on a termly basis.
* Plan and deliver sessions effectively for the programme, aligned to the Academy principles and game model.
* Support Academy open / trial days, assessing and reporting on any players who attend.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Football specific knowledge.
* Able to manage workload and meet deadlines.
* High attention to detail.
* Self-motivated and ability to work well unsupervised.
* Level 2 FA Coaching Qualification (or equivalent)
* Excellent written skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Demonstrates honesty, integrity, reliability and the ability to ensure confidentiality at all times.
