An established care provider is seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead a 30 Bed Nursing care service. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for high-quality, person-centred care.
Home Manager Role Overview
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the home
* Lead, support and develop a team of Nurses and Carers
* Ensure residents' physical, emotional and social needs are met
* Maintain compliance, accurate records and safe practice
* Promote dignity, independence and choice
