We are seeking a skilled and experienced Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Solution Architect. In Power Platform you will develop and implement governance strategies, best practices, and customised Power Apps solutions. You will support customers with architectural design, troubleshoot existing applications and establish governance frameworks tailored to organisational needs. In Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement you will review performance and stability optimisations and have an in-depth understanding of how customers configure functionality and customise Dynamics to meet their business processes.
Qualifications
* Intermediate to expert experience in Power Platform governance, administration, and Power Apps development; background in Dynamics 365 customer service and sales functionality, customisations and administration.
* Advanced knowledge of Power Platform Admin Center and Centre of Excellence Starter Kit configuration; deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement architecture and custom development.
* Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and other Power Platform components.
* Experience deploying, administering and supporting large‑scale environments.
* Skilled in delivering technical training and resolving complex application issues.
Required Skill Set – Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online
* Knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules: Customer Service, Omnichannel, Sales, Field Service, etc.
* Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Platform Admin Center, and Dataverse.
* Customization, administration and governance experience.
* Administer and support Power Platform environments including Power Apps, Power Automate and PPAC.
* Deep understanding of Dataverse, governance strategies, environment planning and security.
* Develop and maintain Power Apps solutions with canvas and model‑driven app development and architecture.
* Develop and maintain Power Automate solutions; integrate with Dataverse and other services.
* Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) via Solutions.
* Experience troubleshooting and optimising Power Apps and Power Automate flows.
* Facilitate technical training and guide customers through architectural decisions for custom Power Apps solutions.
* Awareness of Centre of Excellence concepts with monitoring and adherence.
