This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced housing professional with a strong background in homelessness legislation and team management. Key Responsibilities Lead the Housing Advice & Information Team to deliver a customer-focused service. Develop and implement homelessness prevention strategies, policies, and service plans. Provide effective supervision, support, and performance management for staff. Ensure compliance with homelessness legislation, statutory duties, and best practice. Monitor budgets, commissioned services, and performance returns. Build strong relationships with partner agencies, landlords, and voluntary organisations. Represent the service at meetings, committees, and court when required.Requirements Significant experience in homelessness services, with strong knowledge of relevant legislation. Proven experience managing and supporting teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with partner agencies and manage complex cases.
