We are seeking a passionate and empathetic individual to join The Nelson Trust Women’s Centre in Gloucester. This role involves engaging and supporting women affected by exploitation and sex work as part of our Sex Worker Outreach Project (SWOP), aiming to break the cycle of offending, addiction, sex work, and trauma.

Our services utilize a trauma-informed approach, including one-to-one support, outreach, and group interventions.
Applicants should demonstrate strong engagement skills with women and have a proven track record of developing effective partnerships with local specialist organizations.
