Base to £32k, £9k OTE Commission (uncapped) £6k car allowance Looking for a field-based role, working in the fresh air, getting to know local rural villages and their residents around the Essex area? We spend hundreds of millions of pounds every year helping small rural villages get connected with brilliant broadband, by building our own Fibre to the Premise (FTTP) network. This role will involve engaging and building rapport with those local rural villagers to explain who we are and the benefits of Gigaclear full fibre broadband. With training and development you will become an ambassador, you will learn and become an expert on our products and services, being able to confidently field any questions credibly. This is a prospecting role where you will be required to knock on doors to instigate a conversation and confirm / qualify contact details (these would then be passed to our Sales teams for a follow up call). ‘Note, you are not expected to sell. It is a soft approach, very much a conversational and consultative role with an emphasis on gathering good quality leads for our sales channel to convert successfully. Also, this opportunity would include Government backed BDUK Voucher areas, where villagers can help other local areas offset the costs associated with building this new fibre network – boosting the whole area and helping to connect communities. We do understand that this person will need to be confident and comfortable enough to knock on doors and this is not for everyone. However if this is you and you want a role where you are paid for each lead, targets are realistic (eg 3 leads per day) and commission is uncapped, then we would love to have a chat. The right candidate must have a clean, full UK driving license with business insurance. igaclear is a growing Fibre Broadband (FTTP / FTTH) company, developing our fibre-to-the-premises broadband infrastructure to some of the most difficult to reach areas of the UK, empowering those communities with broadband to rival any city. Staff rewards, benefits and opportunities We foster a collaborative, engaging culture that empowers staff to grow and maximise their skills. We want to challenge our people in a fair environment where hard work is rewarded and a path for progression is open to all. Generous employer pension; up to 8% matched contribution Income protection & life assurance 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), holiday purchase scheme and Yay Days! Health cash plan, 24/7 remote GP access and Employee Assistance Programme including counselling & legal advice Unlimited access to online training and development content via our Learning Management System Long service benefits and monthly employee recognition Enhanced maternity and paternity provisions Flexible working environment Health & Wellbeing initiatives and company funded social events Our values Our approach is to work guided by our mission, vision and values.
