Role Overview
Were seeking a Resource Analyst to support workforce planning, staffing operations, and contractor management across the organisation. Youll deliver data-driven insights, support leadership decisions, and ensure workforce compliance with internal and external policies.
Key Responsibilities
Workforce Planning & Resource Management
* Maintain staffing requirements and forecast resource needs
* Manage headcount, staffing and contractor data in workforce tools
* Track onboarding/offboarding and personnel movements
* Monitor utilization and workload distribution to identify gaps
Contractor & Vendor Support
* Coordinate contractor onboarding, extensions, conversions, and offboarding
* Act as primary liaison with staffing vendors
* Ensure compliance with procurement, legal, and HR policies
* Track contract terms, funding and expiration dates
Data Analysis & Reporting
1. Maintain resource allocation tracking (commitment, availability, capacity)
