Location: Cambridgeshire Employment Type: Permanent Salary: Negotiable Right to Work: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK What You'll Do Lead and deliver innovation projects, including: Exploring customer needs and market behaviours Creating new product, service, and technology concepts Developing prototypes and technology demonstrators Investigating new business models and market opportunities Working directly with senior leaders to deliver real-world outcomes Build strong client relationships, by: Working closely with senior executives and key stakeholders Maintaining trusted long‑term relationships Supporting project success and encouraging repeat business Develop new opportunities, through: Sales meetings, conferences, and lead development Writing proposals and pitching for new projects What You Bring You'll bring your own expertise-whether in strategy, innovation, design, engineering, or other technical or creative fields-and be comfortable working across diverse markets and project types. Broad market experience (not single‑industry) Consulting or corporate experience is helpful Proactive, collaborative, and confident communicating with senior leaders Passionate about meaningful, impactful innovation
