You’ll be responsible for: Designing high-converting web assets : landing pages, banners, homepage modules, etc. Creating print and packaging design aligned with the new brand system Building and maintaining brand guidelines and scalable design systems Collaborating with photo editors, marketers, and product teams to streamline output Contributing to CRO-aware creative improvements without sacrificing visual quality WHO YOU ARE 4 years of experience in design roles, ideally within eCommerce or DTC environments Confident working across both web and print design, from landing pages to packaging Strong skills in Figma and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Eye for typography, layout, and brand storytelling Comfortable setting guardrails, guidelines, and systems to improve design workflows Highly organized, self-driven, and happy working in remote, async teams Bonus: experience in packaging, direct mail, or brand refresh projects WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE 30 Days: You’ve reviewed the brand assets, aligned with stakeholders, and taken the lead on key design deliverables across web and print. 60 Days: You’re producing polished, on-brand designs that elevate the customer experience and working efficiently across multiple channels and teams. 90 Days: You’ve brought structure to the design function, introduced scalable workflows, and are consistently raising the quality bar across all creative output.
