Overview
Denbighshire County Council are looking to recruit a Homeless Prevention and SARTH Triage Officer. This is a rewarding exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team. It would be beneficial to have practical experience of working within the legal framework of The Housing Act (Wales) 2014.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
The role involves triage for homeless prevention and SARTH cases, working within the legal framework of The Housing Act (Wales) 2014, and collaborating across multiple agencies. Applicants should have a proven track record in multi‑agency work, an outcome‑focused approach, and strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills. Appointment is subject to satisfactory references.
