Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a UK University Admission Counsellor, located in Riyadh. The Admission Counsellor will provide expert guidance to students seeking admission to UK universities, helping them identify suitable programs and institutions. Responsibilities include managing student inquiries, conducting one-on-one consultations, assisting with university applications, and maintaining close communication with students to provide updates and support. The role also involves coordinating with university representatives and participating in promotional events to support recruitment efforts.
Qualifications
* Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
* Customer Service expertise, focusing on personalized student support
* Sales acumen to effectively promote programs and encourage applications
* Background in Education or experience in the higher education sector
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Proficiency in digital tools and CRM systems is an advantage
* Commitment to ethical practices and student-focused service delivery
* Fluency in English; additional language skills are an asset
* Degree in a relevant field is preferred
