Mission:
TEKEVER is looking for a Senior External Communications Manager to implement our global communication strategy, enhance brand visibility, and drive engagement across key markets. This is a fantastic opportunity for a bilingual (Portuguese/English) or native English speaker with a strong background in communications and a passion for innovation in the defence, technology, or aerospace sector.
What will be your responsibilities:
* Implement external communication strategies aligned with TEKEVER’s global objectives;
* Craft compelling press releases, manage media relations, and support corporate messaging;
* Develop and execute social media content, PR campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives;
* Collaborate with the Head of Communications to ensure brand consistency and impactful storytelling;
* Support event coordination, industry partnerships, and media outreach;
* Represent TEKEVER at international events and conferences.
What are we looking for:
* 7+ years of experience in external communications, PR, or content creation;
* Experience in the defence, technology, or aerospace sector is mandatory;
* Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field;
* Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English, with proven fluency at the C2 level in both languages;
* Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, leadership, and other teams to align communication strategies;
* Creativity: Strong content creation skills and the ability to adapt messaging to various internal audiences;
* Flexibility: Availability to travel as required and work in dynamic, fast-paced environments;
* Proactivity: Comfortable taking initiative and proposing creative ideas to keep employees engaged and informed.
