Role Description
Responsible for all administrative and documentation duties on an active construction site in London. Acts as on-site personal assistant to the project and site management team. Manages paperwork, correspondence, schedules, and compliance records. Ensures all documentation aligns with Building Safety and Golden Thread requirements. Supports BREEAM documentation and sustainability reporting. Coordinates with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to maintain accurate records and efficient communication.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Site Administrator or similar role in construction.
Strong understanding of Golden Thread and Building Safety Act requirements.
Experience with BREEAM documentation and compliance.
Excellent organisational and document control skills.
Competent in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
