Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance Engineer
35,000 - £45,000 + Door-to-Door Travel + Overtime
We are working with a well-established and growing building services provider, recognised for delivering high-quality HVAC solutions across Scotland. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance Engineer to join their expanding team.
Their focus is on achieving complete customer satisfaction, ensuring clients receive reliable, end-to-end support from a trusted service partner.
Service, maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems
Working across a variety of commercial environments, with a strong presence in the hospitality sector
Carrying out works on a wide range of systems including VRV/VRF, chillers, heat pumps, AHUs and controls
Producing detailed service reports, including health checks, F-Gas compliance, and system performance assessments
Supporting commissioning and re-commissioning works where required
Working independently and as part of a wider engineering team
The company operates across a diverse portfolio including direct client contracts, facilities management, public sector work, subcontracting, and supporting other service providers. They are also accredited service partners with leading manufacturers, reflecting their commitment to quality and technical excellence.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)
~ Door-to-door travel pay
~40-hour working week
~ Overtime available (enhanced rates)
~20 days annual leave plus bank holidays

~ No call-out / standby rota currently in place
~ Stable, full-time role within a growing business
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent)
F-Gas Certification (Category 1)
Minimum 5 years' experience in AC service and maintenance
Full UK driving licence
Willingness to travel across Scotland with occasional overnight stays
