Clinical Team Manager Early Childhood Development
We are seeking an experienced clinical leader to provide day-to-day operational management within a county-wide Early Child Development pathway, covering East, North and South Devon.
The pathway includes Clinical Psychologists, Paediatricians, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Early Years Practitioners working with complex early years children and their families. You will join a strong, enthusiastic, and supportive multidisciplinary team (MDT) and contribute to holistic, child- and family-centred care with MDT working at its core.
This is a county post; the base location will be discussed and agreed with the successful applicant.

Children and Family Health Devon is a system‑wide service delivering an integrated, coordinated support model that wraps around the child, young person and family. It has been designed to respond to the commissioners strategy and the vision and strategic direction of the Integrated Care System for Devon, built in partnership with children, young people and their families/carers.
Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day operational management of the provision of care and treatment within the clinical pathway.
* Line manage a multidisciplinary team of clinicians within the pathway.
* Provide specialist clinical interventions and advice as required.
* Provide leadership to the clinical team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
* Collaborate with senior clinicians, clinical leads and other managers to ensure operational delivery of the service.

Qualifications and Skills
* Proven leadership and people management experience in a clinical setting.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with a wide multidisciplinary team and external partners.
* Experience in operational management of a care pathway or service.
* Clinically credible with ability to provide specialist interventions as required.
