Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting fee earners with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions
2. Drafting legal documents and correspondence
3. Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors
4. Managing case files and updating clients on progress
5. Handling searches, Land Registry applications, and post-completion formalities
6. General administrative duties including data entry and file management
Requirements:
7. Previous experience in a conveyancing or legal assistant role preferred
8. Strong organisational and communication skills
9. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
