We’re working with a range of welcoming secondary schools across Wolverhampton who are looking for confident, reliable STEM graduates to step in as Cover Supervisors. No teaching qualification needed, just strong subject knowledge and the confidence to lead a classroom.

What you’ll be doing
Think of it as being the calm, capable presence in the room when the teacher’s away.
* Delivering pre-set lessons across STEM subjects (no planning required)
* Keeping students focused, engaged, and on track
* Managing classroom behaviour with confidence and clarity
* Gaining real, hands-on experience in secondary schools

We’re looking for someone who…
* Has a degree in a STEM subject (Maths, Science, Engineering, etc.)
* Is confident speaking in front of a group
* Can think on their feet and stay calm under pressure
* Has a genuine interest in education or working with young people

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
