What We're Looking For:
* Qualified SEN Teachers - Experience in SEN settings preferred but not essential.
* Strong Behaviour Management Skills - Ability to support students with ASD, complex needs, and challenging behaviours.
* Passion & Adaptability - Creative, resilient, and dedicated to making a difference.
* Experience with Non-Verbal Students & Personal Care - A plus but not a requirement.
