Office Administrator – Full-Time

A J Mills Master Masons Ltd is a growing, family-run masonry business based in Northamptonshire. We're looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to support our Directors and keep daily operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Directors
* Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records
* Process purchase invoices and support bookkeeping tasks
* Handle incoming enquiries via phone and email with professionalism
* Schedule appointments and manage calendars
* Maintain and organise office supplies and documentation
* Assist with preparing reports and presentations
* Help improve office processes and overall efficiency
* Use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
* (Desirable) Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
Key Skills & Requirements
* Previous experience in office administration is essential
* Excellent computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
* Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
* Attention to detail in all tasks, especially data entry and record keeping
* Proactive, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
* Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous but not required
