Role Summary and Impact
WPP Media’s Talent Team was established in 2008 to drive employer brand excellence and proactively attract and engage top talent for our group of companies, while minimizing external recruitment spend. The team manages the entire recruitment lifecycle effectively across all WPP Media brands. Attracting the best talent is crucial for us. Team members need to pioneer, champion, and challenge mediocrity, seeking the best solutions in the ever-changing recruitment landscape, and consistently embodying our cultural values of Passion, Partnership, and Delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and define effective sourcing strategies.
* Proactively develop quality talent pipelines for critical roles, especially in digital, data & analytics, and client services.
* Manage the recruitment process for each role: CV and video screening, planning interviews and assessments, providing feedback, conducting reference checks, and handling contracts.
* Ensure a structured and smooth recruitment process for both hiring managers and candidates, maintaining communication at every stage.
* Promote strong diversity and inclusion practices throughout recruitment, supporting managers as needed.
* Use our recruitment software proficiently, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
* Collaborate with your line manager to continuously improve the recruitment process.
* Understand the business needs and how they impact the Talent/People function.
