Helpdesk Support Technician - Photocopier & MPS
Location: Central London
Salary: £33 - £37k
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30-5 PM

We're looking for a Print Support Technician to join our dynamic Service Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our clients remotely, resolving technical issues across hardware, IT, networking, and software-helping reduce the need for field visits and boosting service efficiency.
What You'll Be Doing:
As the first line of support, you'll be the go-to expert for our clients, providing remote diagnostics and monitoring their devices to ensure smooth operation. Your day-to-day will include:
📞 Handling incoming calls and emails from customers with professionalism and care
🛠️ Diagnosing issues remotely and escalating to 2nd line support when needed
🔄 Collaborating daily with the Stock and Call Control teams
📦 Ordering parts and consumables to keep client systems running smoothly
📊 Monitoring client devices to proactively identify and resolve issues
What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
✅ 12+ months experience in a support role within the photocopier industry
🖨️ Solid understanding of printers and the print industry
🌐 Strong networking knowledge
🧠 Ideally, you're a current or former photocopier engineer
💡 Familiarity with software solutions like Papercut is a big plus
🤝 Excellent customer service and phone communication skills
