Key Responsibilities of the Primary Teacher: Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons across EYFS–KS2. Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Assess and monitor pupil progress, giving constructive feedback. Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and school leaders. Requirements for the Primary Teacher role: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 (placements considered for ECTs). Strong classroom and behaviour management skills. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to teaching. An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply via GSL Education.
