I’m currently supporting a financial services client on a contract requirement for an experienced PMO / Programme Manager to support a high-profile regulatory remediation programme.
This role will focus on driving the delivery and embedding of remediation activities across governance, risk and control frameworks within a complex, regulated environment.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate remediation activity across multiple workstreams
* Establish and run programme governance (steerco, working groups, reporting)
* Track delivery through detailed plans, RAID logs and dependency management
* Work closely with SMEs to interpret and align with regulatory requirements
* Ensure audit findings are addressed and controls are effectively embedded into BAU
* Provide clear, structured updates to senior stakeholders and governance forums
Experience required:
* Proven experience delivering regulatory remediation or transformation programmes within financial services
* Strong understanding of risk & controls frameworks, governance and audit remediation
* Experience operating within a PRA/FCA regulated environment
* Excellent stakeholder management across Risk, Compliance, HR and Internal Audit
* Strong PMO / programme delivery capability (planning, RAID, reporting, coordination)
