The Role:
Were looking for a technically sharp, proactive Project Engineer to own complex engineering projects from concept to production. Acting as the vital link between customers, internal teams, and suppliers, youll deliver technical customer solutions with clear, confident communication.
What Youll Be Doing:
* Turning customer needs into detailed technical specs
* Driving Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DFMA) at every stage
* Creating and managing project plans that hit deadlines and budgets
* Leading Verification & Validation (V&V) activities
* Scoping and defining design concepts aligned with commercial goals
* Coordinating cross-functional teams for design delivery
* Leading DFMEA creation and updates
* Presenting progress at key milestones and gate reviews
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring:
* Degree in Mechanical, Automotive Engineering, or related discipline
* Solid project engineering experience in manufacturing or automotive sectors
* Strong grasp of DFMA, DFMEA, and V&V principles
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proficiency with engineering tools and project management software
* Collaborative mindset with a passion for innovation and quality
