The group provides high-quality education to over 18,000 students annually, empowering them with the skills and confidence to shape their world. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment, supporting both staff and students, while contributing to the wider IT team across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to staff and students. Monitor, prioritise, and resolve incoming support requests, escalating complex issues as necessary. Perform regular maintenance to ensure system stability, security, and compliance. Assist with IT projects, implementing work packages independently or under guidance. Support a broad range of Microsoft platforms, including Windows 10/11, Office 365, Microsoft Server technologies, and core infrastructure systems (AD, DHCP, DNS). Mentor junior IT staff to maintain high service delivery standards. Engage with technology groups to adopt best practices and ensure continuous improvement.
