Permanent Veterinary Surgeon - High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire

We are recruiting on behalf of a practice in High Wycombe for a Permanent Veterinary Surgeon to join their team. This role is full or part time with weekends on a rota. There is no OOH requirement however there will be some sole charge involved at times.
The vet will join a team of 4 vets, 3 RVNs, 2 SVNs and a large non-clinical support team. They are a close-knit team and value the team spirit ethos.
They are fully equipped offering a range of modern veterinary services.
They are looking for a Vet who is confident in routine medical and surgical cases and ideally someone who has an interest in developing a specialism. The practice are flexible as to which area of specialism that they Vet may have. They will have excellent customer service skills and enjoy working as part of a close-knit team.

About you:
22. You will be competent in surgery
23. You will be capable of some sole charge work
24. A bias in surgery would be advantageous
25. You will have strong medic skills
26. You will have an approachable, empathetic, and caring attitude
27. You will be passionate about all aspects of your Veterinary Work
28. You will be happy to share knowledge and mentor others where required
29. You will be able to establish good working relationships with clients and be confident in all consultations
30. You will contribute to the practice with ideas enabling them to stay at the forefront of clinical thinking whilst also maintaining the ethos of providing a high standard of clinical care to all pets
31. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to develop a great rapport with both clients and staff

Package:
44. Salary: £40, to £70, pro rata, commensurate to experience
