French‑speaking Luxury Travel Consultant – UK

In this role, you will combine your expertise in travel with a keen sense for luxury, trends, and service quality. You are not just a consultant – you become a trusted point of contact for clients seeking exceptional experiences worldwide.
Responsibilities
* Advising premium cardholder clients by phone and email in both French and English
* Handling customer inquiries from quote preparation to billing for individual trips
* Making reservations with airlines, hotels, and travel agenciesCreating tailored offers, travel documents, and detailed itineraries
* Passionately advising and facilitating unique travel experiences
* Actively selling special promotions and exclusive offers
Requirements
* Excellent language skills in professional French and English, written and spoken (C2 level)
* Additional language skills such as German or Italian are advantageous
* Completed tertiary qualification or equivalent training, ideally in tourism
* Several years of professional experience in the travel industry, a tour operator or travel agency
* Knowledge of GDS (preferably Amadeus)
* Strong destination knowledge across key global regions
* Passion for travel and luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events and culture
* Service‑oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure
* Positive attitude and identification with Ten Group values
* Strong communication skills
* Commitment to exceptional service
* Full‑time availability (40 hrs per week)
* Willingness to work 5 days a week between 08:00 and 20:00 GMT, Sunday to Thursday
Hybrid/Home Office Option
* Located in the United Kingdom
* Hybrid working arrangement – at least two days a week in the office if within commutable distance
* Secure home office with adequate internet speed
* 100 % office presence during the first week of employment
* Work‑From‑Home assessment within the first week, with transition to hybrid from week 2 upon successful completion
* Exceptions considered on a case‑by‑case basis
